With over 20 years of experience in HVAC commissioning in the UK, Europe and Australia, Director Sean Blake has an established record in commissioning, management and troubleshooting of building services, and a passion for achieving the best from HVAC systems.
Originally from Perth, Sean studied and has spent much of his career in the UK.
Sean began HVAC commissioning in 1997 after graduating university in the UK with a degree in engineering. He carried out commissioning and project management in London, before relocating to Manchester in 2003.
There he worked as a contracts and commissioning manager for a large commissioning company, where he managed the commissioning of the BBC studios Media City UK Salford and Liverpool 1 City Centre Redevelopment projects in the North West of England. He also headed the company’s O&M Manual production department.
In 2012 he left to set up a commissioning, surveying and troubleshooting company where repeat work was won through providing a top quality service and support to clients. The company grew to support a select team of engineers who shared the knowledge, experience, inquisitive nature and attention to detail required to stand out and ensure repeat contracts were won. Having returned home to Perth with his family, Sean is now providing the same high level of service and assistance to clients, trading as eFlow Pty Ltd.
