We carry out pre and post occupation surveys on behalf of landlords or tenants, ensuring services can be delivered as agreed, reporting findings and suggesting actions to remedy any faults or discrepancies found. Not all building HVAC systems are compatible. We can review potential fit-out designs on behalf of the tenant or landlord, to advise on compatibility or integration between the proposed fit-out and the landlord’s systems.
